Drill

Drill is a small table light. The body is made of Green Sandalwood which keeps its original shape when it was purchase. The light switch is inside the hole next to the light bulb, users need to insert one finger into the hole and use the friction to rotate the knob, to adjust the brightness. 

You probably wonder why this way? Because the design wants to explore different ways to turn a light bulb on and off. And this way is kind of similar to ancient people who drill the wood with a stick to get fire. What’s more interesting is that the wood exudes a unique aroma, by having close contact and rub with the wood, it will leave a nice fragrance on the user's finger every time after using it.
